Destress
Being outside can help you destress and unwind after a long week while still spending time with your family. Some of our favorite ways to destress outdoors include going for a family walk, hiking, having a bonfire, or eating dinner outside if the weather is nice!
Helps you unplug
How many times have you tried to have a meaningful conversation with your family only to be interrupted by technology? One great thing about nature is that it gives you an excuse to unplug and just be. How can you encourage your family to unplug and get outside this month?
